Their platform allows public sector bodies to procure services efficientlyfrom the right suppliers, at the right price.They are now seeking an experienced Sales Administrator to join their dynamic team for a 612 month contract, based in stunning offices near Vauxhall.The Role:As Sales Administrator, you'll play a crucial role in supporting the tender process between public sector buyers and private suppliers. You'll coordinate:Incoming ITT (Invitation to Tender) documentation from government portalsClarifications, updates, and communication from public sector buyersResponses and submissions from the private sector suppliersYoull act as a central point of contact across 18 procurement frameworks, using multiple CRM systems to manage and track progress from enquiry through to submission and feedback.Key Responsibilities:Liaise between government clients and private sector suppliersManage and track ITTs, clarifications, and submissionsEnsure responses are submitted on time and follow up through to purchase ordersUse CRM systems and portals to coordinate data, tasks, and communicationsAnticipate issues, chase responses, and keep processes running smoothlyIdeal Candidate:Experience in a sales support, recruitment coordination, or call centre admin roleConfident working across multiple systems and platforms (strong CRM experience is essential)Excellent communication and coordination skillsA proactive and detail-oriented approach, with the ability to follow through and finish tasks independentlyAdditional Information:Initially fully office-based during probation, then hybrid (2 days WFH)Excellent benefits packageCandidates on a Youth Mobility Visa are welcome to applySalary dependent on experienceThis is an exciting opportunity to join a purpose-driven tech company and work at the intersection of innovation and impact.
