Job DescriptionB2B Sales Strategic Program Manager London Atrium are looking for a results-driven and strategic thinker with experience in B2B sales operations or partner operations to fill the role of Strategic Program Manager. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, data analytics, and program design. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys building and is comfortable with constant change and can be agile in their approach to projects and programs. PAYE/Inside IR35. 3 days needed in office/ 2 days WFHDesign and manage partner programs, including partner tiering, ROI analysis, and discounting or incentive programsCollaborate closely with data and analytics teams, finance teams, and deal desk to ensure alignment and effective program executionDevelop and maintain complex spreadsheets, reports, and dashboards using Excel, Gsheets, Tableau, and SFDCAnalyse data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, and provide actionable insights to stakeholdersManage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environmentDevelop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectivenessCommunicate program goals, objectives, and results to internal stakeholders and external partnersStay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying knowledge to improve program design and executionEssential:Experience in B2B sales operations or partner operationsProven track record of success in project management, program design, and data analyticsStrong organizational and time management skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlinesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders and external partnersProficient in Excel, Gsheets/Google sheets, Tableau, with ability to develop complex spreadsheets, reports, and dashboardsSalesforce/SFDC experience is essential Self starter, be able to navigate ambiguityStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to analyse data and provide actionable insightsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment, with comfort with constant change and agility in approach to projects and programsIf you are a motivated and results-driven individual with a passion for program design and data analytics, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.Understand different partner types: hardware and software resellers Click Apply now to be considered for the B2B Sales/Strategic Program Manager London role
