Job DescriptionSalesforce Administrator | Hybrid, London (3 days a week on site)Are you a Salesforce Admin looking to make an impact in a dynamic, fast-paced environment? Harvey Nash are recruiting on behalf of a UK media organisation for a strong Salesforce Administrator to join them. About the Role:You'll be part of a collaborative Business Applications team managing a diverse portfolio of systems that support commercial and editorial operations. This includes Salesforce CRM, advertising sales, fulfilment, and production systems across digital, print, and memberships.Key Responsibilities:Application SupportProvide third-line support for Salesforce and other business applicationsResolve user queries and system issues efficientlyIdentify risks and opportunities within Salesforce instancesCollaborate with support partners and internal teamsContinuous ImprovementConfigure and customise Salesforce in a complex environmentWork with Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Pardot (you don't need to have experience with them all)Handle large data volumes and contribute to system enhancementsIntegration & PerformanceCollaborate with integration and development teamsEnsure seamless application performance and integrationTraining & DocumentationDeliver ad hoc training and maintain support documentationShare Salesforce knowledge across the teamWhat Were Looking For:Proven experience in Salesforce administration or supportStrong understanding of cloud and client-server technologiesExperience with CRM and sales order processing systemsSalesforce ADM201 certification (desirable)Excellent communication and stakeholder management skillsAbility to work independently and manage competing prioritiesWhy Join Us?Youll work alongside talented Salesforce developers and administrators, engage with stakeholders across the business, and contribute to meaningful projects in a supportive and innovative environment.Please apply now to be considered.
