This is an exciting opportunity for someone with solid client-facing experience and whos passionate about digital media, programmatic advertising, and building high-impact client relationships.Youll work closely with senior leaders and delivery teams to manage day-to-day client relationships, plan and oversee programmatic campaigns, and uncover new growth opportunities. Youll become the go-to for your clientssomeone who gets their business, solves problems before they arise, and always adds value.What Youll Be DoingClient Relationship ManagementOwn day-to-day client communications, building trust and demonstrating strategic value at every touchpointLead kick-offs, mid-campaign check-ins, and post-campaign reviews with insight-led storytellingAct as the key link between client stakeholders and our internal teams (sales, tech, creative, trading)Be proactive, solution-focused, and always one step ahead of client needsMedia Strategy & PlanningTranslate briefs into programmatic strategies that align with client KPIsUse planning tools, first-party data and audience insights to craft impactful media plansCollaborate with traders and performance specialists to optimise campaigns in-flightDeliver clear, compelling PCAs and business reviews that drive renewals and growthCommercial & Operational ExcellenceProtect and grow client revenue through upweights, renewals and cross-sell opportunitiesEnsure timely forecasting and accurate reporting of financials and performanceMaintain excellent internal process hygiene (status docs, briefings, timelines, POs)Spot inefficiencies and suggest new tools, tactics or services to improve our client offeringTeam & Culture ContributionStay ahead of industry trends, competitor activity and client category newsChampion new ideasfrom creative asset suggestions to smarter ways of workingSupport the sales team at events and new business meetings when neededShare learnings and successes with the team, helping us all level upWhat Were Looking For3+ years of experience in a client-facing role within digital media, agency, or ad tech businessStrong understanding of Programmatic Advertising and audience planningExceptional communication, presentation and stakeholder management skillsA proactive attitude with a creative, solutions-first mindsetHighly organised with an eagle eye for detail and deadlinesConfidence using Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook; bonus if youve used Adobe, Notion, or AI tools like ChatGPTSomeone who thrives in a small, dynamic team and wants to make a big impactWhy Join Us?Flexibility Hybrid working: WFH Mon/Tues/Fri, collaborate in-person Wed/ThursAutonomy & Growth Real responsibility, real impact, and real room to growInnovation at Heart Use AI, creativity, and insight to push boundariesThriving Culture Collaborative, curious, kindand proud of itCentral Office Right by Warren Street and Great Portland Street tube stations (with great coffee and even better people)Ready to Connect the Dots Between Audiences and Outcomes?If youre passionate about digital, data and delivering standout client experiences, we want to hear from you!
