This is a high-impact role where you’ll drive revenue, margin, and conversion, while leading trading strategy across daily, weekly, and seasonal activity. You’ll collaborate closely with Buying, Merchandising, Marketing, CRM, and Product teams to deliver best-in‑class customer journeys and commercial outcomes, all while operating with strong visibility across senior leadership.The Person You’ll bring proven experience in a senior online trading or category-focused role, ideally within fashion, beauty, luxury, or premium retail. Commercially sharp and highly analytical, you’re confident owning a P&L and using data to drive performance and decision‑making. A strong stakeholder manager, you’re comfortable influencing at senior level and thrive in a fast‑paced, evolving environment.
