Job Description Your New Job Title:Merchandiser - MenswearYour New Salary: 180 p/day (46,800K equivalent)Location:Central LondonJob status: temporary assignment until 05/06/2026, 100% office-based Start date: ASAPWorking hours: 37.5h p/week, Monday - Friday, 9am - 5.30pmWho You'll Be Working for:World class luxury fashion brand.Merchandiser - Menswear -Responsibilities: Own and drive the product category, managing the full life cycle from brief to exit.Develop and present the range plan, defining pricing architecture, carry-over strategy, and competitive positioning.Strategically manage raw material bookings, ensuring accurate system input, tracking, and clear executive recaps.Lead product delist and markdown strategy; present clear recommendations to senior leadership for approval.Analyse daily and weekly sales performance, identify risks and opportunities, and partner closely with Planning to drive timely actions.Lead cross-functional collaboration across Sourcing, Design, Product Development, and Planning, including ownership of key meetings.Leverage regional feedback and market insights to inform data-driven product decisions.Influence stakeholders confidently across functions and seniority levels.Lead, coach, and develop the Assistant Merchandiser, ensuring continuous progression, skill development, and strong performance; act as a clear point of leadership and guidance.Deliver projects end-to-end, ensuring strong execution and on-time delivery.Ensure accuracy and integrity of seasonal tools and PLM data.Support market training initiatives and provide operational support to maintain team efficiency.Merchandiser - Menswear -The Skills You'll Need to Succeed:Luxury fashion menswear merchandising experience - essential.
