Job DescriptionSenior Project Manager Essex (Onsite, with travel)German-speaking preferred (not essential)Were looking for a Senior Project Manager with a strong background in retail displays, joinery, and installations to lead exciting projects from proposal to onsite delivery.Join a small, skilled team at a fast-paced creative production company in Essex. You'll manage client-facing projects, collaborate with internal and external teams, and ensure everything runs smoothly from workshop to site install.What Youll Do:Manage full project lifecycle: proposals, planning, production, and installsCoordinate install logistics, scheduling, and resource planningLiaise with production teams, subcontractors, and clientsOversee calendars for install teams and workshop prioritiesLead meetings, report on progress, and inspire collaborationWhat Were Looking For:5+ years in project management (retail or creative production ideal)Strong understanding of joinery or event/stand buildsConfident communicator across all business levelsExcellent scheduling, budgeting, and team coordination skillsWilling to travel and occasionally work overnight for installationsHealth & Safety awareness a bonusGerman language skills?
