Job DescriptionElite have partnered with a gorgeous contemporary womenswear brand, who are seeking a Knitwear Garment Technologist to join the team.This role is responsible for the development of all Knit & Jersey product, ensuring that each product conveys the designers vision, while meeting all fit and quality standards.Key ResponsibilitiesManage fit sessions and ensure consistent garment fit across stylesCreate and maintain tech packs, size specs, and gradingLiaise with global suppliers on construction, materials, and finishesApprove samples and monitor quality from development through to productionConduct testing for yarns, shrinkage, and durabilitySupport on-time delivery through critical path trackingRequirements3+ years' experience in knitwear garment technologyStrong knowledge of yarns, gauges, stitch structures, and knitwear constructionExperience working with offshore factoriesProficiency in garment tech software (e.g., Illustrator, PLM, Excel)Detail-oriented with excellent communication and problem-solving skills
