Job Description Are you a Conveyancing lawyer experienced in "high volume" property work and looking for a salary around 60,000pa- 70,000pa ?Our client is a specialist property practice with offices based in South London, Dartford and Maidstone. You will be overseeing a busy caseload of freehold/leasehold sales/purchases and re-mortgages acting primarily for panel lenders. Any experience with lease extensions, shared ownerships, auction sales or Commercial Property sales & purchases would be an added advantage.You will be working as part of a dedicated team with the support of junior assistants and support staff.
