Their model combines deep operational expertise with strategic asset involvement and they are known for offering some of the strongest bonus structures in the market, consistently rewarding high performance.The RoleYoull support the end-to-end management of major London office buildings, ensuring exceptional service delivery while contributing to asset strategy. The position offers high exposure, responsibility and the opportunity to work closely with senior leaders across investment, asset management, ESG and leasing.Key responsibilities:Managing large multi-let Central London office assets day-to-dayActing as a key contact for occupiers, ensuring exceptional service standardsSupporting leasing events including renewals, rent reviews and re-gearsPreparing, monitoring and reconciling complex service charge budgetsOverseeing contractors, FM partners and service providersEnsuring full compliance with H&S and statutory regulationsDelivering accurate and coordinated client reportingSupporting refurbishment, enhancement and repositioning projectsWorking closely with internal teams to improve asset performanceAbout You:Strong commercial property management background, ideally within London officesConfident managing multi-let assets and complex service charge structuresStrong understanding of Landlord & Tenant legislationExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsProactive, detail-driven and comfortable operating in a high-performance environment.
