Senior Quantity Surveyor Salary range: 85k to 95k plus package Office location Stratford Project location: Merton Flexible working available A highly regarded and well established housing association is seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead the commercial function on a major residential project in Merton. The role As Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will take full ownership of all commercial activity on the project. You will be the lead QS on site, supported by two Quantity Surveyors who will report directly into you. This is an opportunity to step into a role with genuine responsibility and autonomy, working closely with the project teams to drive best value and successful delivery.
