On offer is an assessor's role where you will be carrying out site visits while communicating efficiently with customers. You will undertake assessments of companies' management systems to ensure they meet the requirement of the SSIP Core criteria. You will ensure specific product service level agreements are maintained and ensure that capacity/team capability issues are brought to the attention of the relevant personnel in a steadfast manner. Responsibilities: Perform allocated health and safety assessments in accordance with SSIP Core Criteria and internal standards Ensure all assessments meet defined service level agreements Carry out assessments impartially, consistently, and fairly Provide exceptional customer service in all customer interactions Adhere to professional conduct and the SSIP assessor's code of conduct Contribute to team effectiveness by actively participating in group discussions, activities and exercises.
