My client is a main contractor on hotels, mixed use schemes , residential High rise and change of use schemes across The major cities in the uk the scheme is site-based dealing with procurement of subcontract packages on an 33 million mixed use residential scheme (the first phase of 3 similar blocks ) starting with the refurbishment of one of the existing tower blocks on both internal and external facades packages . Reporting to the MQS for the project and working with the operational team you will be well versed in the and enjoy both live schemes and fast paced procurement to assist the commercial team to hand this project over successfully . Ideally candidates will be degree qualified or HNC/ONC have experience with lager logistically challenging schemes previously in excess of 25 million. Candidates must have worked for a main contractor or developer on high rise RC buildings over 6 stories in height previously , you will be used to working on projects over 25 million and be able to display a hands-on approach to commercial management of schemes on a design and build basis in the past.
