A standout opportunity for an experienced Estate Manager to lead operations at a high-profile, luxury, mixed-use development in London. The role covers residential, commercial and service accommodation, and requires a detail-oriented, people-focused leader with a solid grasp of technical building systems and compliance.ResponsibilitiesOperational Oversight Ensure high standards across all aspects of building upkeep and resident experienceMaintain and optimise MEP systems and PPM schedulesOversee SLAs, tender contracts, and licensing/compliance mattersCompliance & Safety Champion site safety, GDPR practices, and Building Safety Act complianceDevelop SOPs and support disaster planning and regulatory auditsResident Relations Attend meetings, track feedback, and foster community engagementEnsure timely resolution of resident issues with clarity and professionalismReporting & Collaboration Work cross-functionally with department headsDeliver operational updates, budget reports, and performance metricsFinancial Control Set and manage operating/service charge budgetsMonitor expenditure and prepare stakeholder updates QualificationsMTPI or equivalent property management certification (desirable)Minimum 4 years’ experience in residential/commercial estate management (essential)Familiarity with HVAC, plumbing, electrical and building infrastructureSkilled in budget creation and service charge managementUp-to-date knowledge of UK safety regulations and property legislation Salary: £55k-£65kOnsite role, based in W1
