Senior Building Surveyor

Your New RoleThis is a senior-level design-focused Building Surveyor role based in London. You'll be part of a multidisciplinary design team delivering a wide range of surveying and project work across multiple sectors. Your responsibilities will include:Planned preventative maintenanceRefurbishment and retrofit projectsDesigning and specifying works for clientsUndertaking contract administrationManaging survey programmesWorking across frameworks including CCS, Pagabo, and Fusion 21Delivering projects in sectors such as defence, energy, public sectorActing as part of the design team on high-profile, complex schemesWhat You'll Need to Succeed3-5 years of experience in building surveyingStrong design and contract administration experienceExperience managing survey programmes and delivering across multiple sectorsRICS-accredited degree (essential for retrofit and NEC supervision)Actively working towards MRICSStrong interpersonal skills and ability to lead and develop opportunitiesBased within 30 miles of London to support in-office mentoringWhat You'll Get in Return£55,000 - £65,000 salaryDiscretionary bonusHealth insuranceCycle to work schemeMinimal travel-junior staff handle most site-based surveyingOpportunity to work on nationally significant projects within a supportive design-led teamWhat You Need to Do NowIf you're a strong Building Surveyor with a design focus and you're ready to step into a senior role or already operating at that level, get in touch.
