Job DescriptionJob Purpose:The Estate Operative Department is responsible for waste management and cleanliness of the development. This includes carpark maintenance and upkeep of communal areas to ensure Beaufort Park (London NW9) remains a pleasant and high-standard place to live for all residents.nRota:n35 hours per week Friday to Tuesday 8 AM 4 PMnMain Duties:nnResolve problems and adhere to health and safety guidelines, SOPs, and Risk Assessments.nWork collaboratively with other contractors or maintenance workers.nBe resourceful, self-motivated, and flexible.nPhysically strong and capable of working with machinery or moving heavy equipment.nWork individually as well as part of a team.nGood communication skills.nGeneral knowledge of machinery, Bin Tug, Compactor, Bailer, Sweepers, and other items used in waste collection and maintenance cleaning.nnSpecific Duties:nnMove metal/plastic bins on and off trailers.nClear or clean general areas as directed by Supervisor/Management.nDisassemble, move, and shift furniture or equipment.nEmpty residential bulk waste.nDrive Tug (if in possession of a full driving license) and inform the Development Manager if you have a full license.nWash down carparks and clear away cobwebs and litter as directed.nJet wash hard surfaces, carparks, main footpaths, and podiums.nWork in the compactor room on the bailer and compactor.nRemove rubbish by litter picking, emptying communal bins, and wiping down surfaces.nSweep out block bin rooms daily and ensure the area is clean and tidy.nWash down block bin rooms once a week to maintain high standards.nUnblock bin chutes as directed.nMaintain property exterior throughout different seasons, including using rock salt for icy or snowy conditions.nnEssential Requirements:nnPrevious experience in estates/cleaning/caretaker rolenA full UK drivers license and access to own vehiclennWhat does RMG have offer you?nYou'll not only be joining a thriving market leader where you'll benefit from working alongside the best in the industry, you'll also receive a superb package of company benefits including:nn27 days holiday plus all Bank HolidaysnFree Healthcare cashback Plan (re-claiming for things like optical treatment (plus an optical discount voucher) and dental care, physiotherapy and GP Charges plus more!
