They are dedicated to providing exceptional service to their tenants and maintaining high standards across their property. As part of their commitment to excellence, they are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our team as the Tenancy Management Team Lead at their prime central London Build to Rent site.You will be responsible for managing a team of Tenancy Coordinator and the end-to-end tenancy journey, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and delivering exceptional customer service to the tenants.Responsibilities:Team managementLiaising with prospective tenants to facilitate the application process.Conducting reference checks and affordability assessments.Coordinating move-in logistics and conducting property inductions for new tenants.Acting as the main point of contact for tenants throughout their tenancy, addressing any queries or concerns in a professional and timely manner.Building strong relationships with tenants to enhance their overall experience and encourage retentionRequirements:Experience within BTR or estate agency.Experience managing a teamExperience of administrative role using AST.Exceptional customer service skills.Benefits:Cycle to work schemeUse of onsite gymWellbeing packageFor more information please apply or get in touch.
