Youll deliver day-to-day first-line IT support, manage service desk tickets, support user onboarding and device setup, and provide hands-on support for AV, meeting room and video conferencing technology, including events.Youll need previous experience in IT support and AV environments, familiarity with Microsoft 365 and excellent communication and organisational skills.
