The business is positioned to become a leading destination for modern, results-driven wellness and lifestyle transformation.Our client is seeking an experienced Fractional Chief Marketing Officer to provide strategic marketing leadership during the launch and early growth phase. This individual will play a key role in shaping the brand, defining the go-to-market strategy and driving customer acquisition and retention.This role is ideally suited to a senior marketing leader who thrives in early-stage environments and can balance strategic oversight with practical execution.The BasicsCompetitive salary / compensation packageReporting to CEO and FounderOpportunity to shape and lead marketing strategy for a global company!The Role Marketing Strategy and LeadershipDevelop and lead the overall marketing strategy in alignment with business objectivesDefine brand positioning, messaging, and go-to-market approachAdvise leadership on marketing budgets and investment prioritiesLaunch + Growth ExecutionOversee marketing planning and execution for launch and early growthIdentify and prioritise effective customer acquisition channelsEstablish KPIs and reporting frameworks to measure successBrand DevelopmentGuide the development of brand identity, tone of voice, and creative directionEnsure consistency across all customer touchpointsOversee campaign development and storytellingDigital and Performance MarketingProvide strategic oversight across digital channels including paid media, SEO, CRM, email, and social mediaMonitor and optimise performance to ensure strong return on investmentRecommend appropriate marketing tools and technologyCustomer Experience + RetentionDesign and refine the end-to-end customer journeyAdvise on membership models, offers, and retention strategiesSupport the development of referral and loyalty initiativesTeam + Partner ManagementSupport the hiring and structuring of the marketing functionManage and guide external agencies, freelancers, and partnersProvide mentorship to internal team members where applicableIdentify and develop strategic partnerships with brands, influencers, and local businessesSupport PR and community engagement initiativesPosition the business as a differentiated player within the wellness sectorThe Person The ideal candidate is a commercially minded and strategically driven marketing leader who brings both high-level thinking and hands‑on execution. They will have a proven ability to build and scale brands, ideally within the luxury wellness, fitness, hospitality, or broader lifestyle sectors, and will be comfortable stepping into a fractional role to guide a business through its early stages of growth.They will combine creativity with analytical rigour, using data to inform decisions while maintaining a strong instinct for brand, customer experience, and market positioning.Key experience and attributes includeProven experience in a senior marketing leadership role (e.g., CMO, VP Marketing, or equivalent)A strong track record of launching and/or scaling brands in relevant sectorsDeep expertise across brand strategy and digital marketing channelsExperience operating in a fractional, advisory, or consultancy capacity is advantageousA commercially astute, data‑driven approach to decision‑makingA strategic mindset paired with a willingness to be hands‑on when neededComfort working in fast‑paced, early‑stage or startup environmentsStrong problem‑solving skills and the ability to make clear, confident decisionsExcellent communication and stakeholder management capabilitiesA genuine interest in wellness and delivering exceptional customer experiences#J-18808-Ljbffr
