My client are looking for an experienced User Researcher (Outside IR35) to join a multidisciplinary government digital team, helping to design and deliver services that are simple, accessible, and built around real user needs. Essential Skills: Active Security Clearance Strong experience as a User Researcher within government or large-scale digital environments. Proven ability to plan and run user research using a variety of qualitative and quantitative methods. Experience working with the GDS framework, including the Service Standard and Design System. Ability to communicate research findings clearly to technical and non-technical audiences. Comfortable working in multidisciplinary teams and influencing stakeholders.
