Join our team as a Campaign Manager and become the vital link between our clients and their campaign success!About the RoleAs a Campaign Manager, you'll be the driving force behind exceptional customer experiences. You'll coordinate campaigns from inception to completion, ensuring every client receives the attention and results they deserve. Your keen eye for detail and ability to juggle multiple priorities will help build lasting client relationships and deliver outstanding campaign performance.What You'll DoOnboarding & Campaign SetupBuild strong relationships with advertisers and agencies to create a loyal customer baseCoordinate receipt of online creative materials to meet all campaign deadlinesCommunicate effectively with Sales, CSM, and Product Ops teams about campaign status and executionRespond promptly to customer inquiries via phone and email with a supportive, solution-focused approachProvide regular order status and performance updates to Sales RepresentativesEnsure accurate revenue forecasting and recognition on a weekly basisCampaign FulfillmentSet up automated reporting systems and manage manual client reporting deliveriesDevelop and execute effective campaign fulfillment strategiesMonitor campaign delivery with regular quality assurance checks and optimize performanceDeliver weekly product/client reporting with actionable insightsProcess campaign changes while setting proper expectations around impact and timingHandle lead returns while maintaining system accuracySecure necessary proof of delivery and complete month-end close tasksQualificationsWhat You'll BringBachelor's degreeExperience as a Customer Service Representative or Sales AdministratorExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalStrong organisational abilities and attention to detailA familiarity with Excel spreadsheetsReliability and collaborative spiritProfessional phone manner and client management skillsAbility to handle multiple deadlines and projects simultaneouslyQuick thinking and decisive problem-solving abilitiesAdditional InformationWe believe that great things happen when people connect face-to-face.
