Communication & Engagement Associate

As a Communication & Engagement associate, you will act as both a project manager and a key contributor to the development and implementation of measurable, results-based communication and change management strategies and related deliverables that help organisationstransform through change and/or drive desired changes in employee behaviour. Previous experience in pension communication is essential. We know that companies with the best employee experience outperform their competitors in terms of growth, profit and shareholder return, so our work focuses on the key touchpoints between employers and their employees, including: pension and benefits engagement,wellbeing, Total Rewards engagement, culture, inclusion and diversity and organisation transformation.
