What Youll Be DoingDrive the Paid Social StrategyLead the strategic direction of all paid social channelsMeta, TikTok, and beyond. Youll define the roadmap, test hypotheses, and continually optimise for scale and efficiency.Own the Data, Drive the DecisionsTurn performance data into actionable insights. Youll be hands-on with reporting, attribution, and testing frameworks to ensure were making smart, scalable decisions across platforms.Lead a Small but Mighty TeamManage and mentor a growing team of Paid Social Specialists. Youll inspire, support, and bring the best out of them as we scale our media buying and creative output.Partner Closely with CreativeWork hand-in-hand with our in-house and external creative teams to shape thumb-stopping ads. From briefing to testing, your strategic input will be vital to turning concepts into conversions. What We're Looking ForProven experience owning paid social performance at scale (ideally 200k+/month in spend).Deep knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and TikTok AdsA data-driven mindset with experience using attribution tools and creating actionable reporting.Passion for ad creative with the ability to brief, critique, and iterate content for performance.Comfortable leading a small team while also rolling your sleeves up.A proactive self-starter with a bias toward action and experimentation.If you are interested in applying for the role, please use the link below or email [email protected] with your CV.
