Shift Production Manager

Production Shift Manager Packaging Location: Bradford Salary: Up to 30,000 per annum (dependent on experience) Shift Pattern: Rotating shifts 6:00am2:00pm / 2:00pm10:00pm We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Production Shift Manager to join our clients packaging operation. This is a key leadership role, responsible for ensuring the smooth, efficient, and safe running of production during your assigned shift. Key Responsibilities: Manage and lead production teams to meet daily output, quality, and efficiency targets Ensure compliance with health & safety, quality, and company procedures Monitor production performance and address issues promptly to minimise downtime Coordinate labour, materials, and equipment to achieve production plans Support continuous improvement initiatives across the site Communicate effectively with other shift managers, maintenance, and senior management About You: Proven experience in a production or manufacturing supervisory/management role Background in packaging or injection moulding is highly desirable Strong people-management and leadership skills Able to work rotating shifts (62 / 210) Hands-on, proactive, and solutions-focused approach Good organisational and communication skills What's on Offer: Competitive salary up to 30,000 per annum Stable, long-term opportunity within a growing manufacturing business Supportive team environment with opportunities for development If you are a driven production professional looking to take the next step in your career, we would love to hear from you.
