Guided by our values of integrity, respect, accountability and excellence, we use leading science and technology to move fiber-based packaging forward.Job PurposeTo fully support the operations team in the day to day management of the productions areas.Key AccountabilitiesThe role will encompass:Provide administrative support to ensure that all systems are maintained in an effective, up to date and accurate manner Run mateff reports to manage material yields Update the TMS anomalies in line with payroll demands Produce and display all production KPI’s Holiday planning and administration of overtime Compile data to assist the management team with any performance management Support process improvement activities Involvement in the site maintenance program Support the planner and cover in their absence Type correspondence, reports, and other documents After the appropriate training conduct company quality/risk/other audits Help coordinate the maintenance, and updates required for SOP WI documentsQualificationsEducational and professional:Proven data entry skills Internal auditor qualifications (desirable but not essential)Knowledge, Skills, ExperienceC. 2-3 years of relevant administration responsibility Experience of networking across multi-site organisation Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy Effective verbal and listening skills Effective written communication skills Negotiation skills IT literate to intermediate level on excel, work, outlook.BehavioursHighly accurate standard of information output Works well in a team environment Organized approach to administration tasks ie.
