Job DescriptionProduction Manager - Agency-side - Retail/Experiential - London - On Site 45,000-55,000 Profiles Creative are hiring for a Production Studio in London that are known for their ambitious builds in the retail space. Due to growth, we're looking for a Production Manager or Senior Production Manager to join their bustling, state of the art studio, for an on site role. We're looking for someone that has experience working as part of an in house production studio, ideally within an agency. Key Responsibilities:Own and deliver multiple production projects from start to finishBuild and manage timelines that keep teams and suppliers on trackSchedule and coordinate in-house staff and freelance talentHandle sourcing and procurement for all production materialsGrow and maintain a trusted network of makers, freelancers, and suppliersEnsure top-tier quality control across all deliverablesKeep all projects compliant with H&S and RAMS requirementsAlign workshop activity with production deadlinesManage admin tasks like POs, supplier comms, and timesheetsSpot inefficiencies and improve workflows to boost outputStay ahead of new tools, materials, and fabrication trendsWhat We're Looking For:5+ years of production or workshop management experience, CAD is highly desirable Retail sector experience is highly desirable Solid knowledge of materials, build methods, and fabrication processesSharp scheduling and coordination skillsConfident budgeting and cost estimating on large-scale projectsFamiliar with Synergist or other project management tools Strong admin game POs, expenses, and schedulingUp-to-date with H&S and RAMS best practicesCalm problem-solver with a proactive mindsetExcellent communicator across teams, suppliers, and freelancersWe're looking for someone in the experiential space that has production process knowledge, driving procurement, project management and hands on build methods. You'll have in house production studio experience and ideally have working knoweldge of the retail sector, although that's not entirely essential.
