Job DescriptionProduction ManagerLocation | Head Office, Kingly St, LondonWorkplace Type | Hybrid (2 Days WFH)Contract | Full TimeWere looking for a commercially savvy and solutions-focused Production Manager to take the lead on global footwear and accessories production at Russell & Bromley.In this pivotal role, youll manage everything from PO issue to warehouse inbounding, working closely with our European suppliers, QC teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure stock arrives on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards. Do you want to be part of our next chapter?About the RoleManage the full production lifecycle from PO to inbound deliveryOwn supplier onboarding and KPI performance reportingBook factory slots, negotiate pricing, and issue accurate bulk POsMaintain the bulk intake tracker, overseeing all inbound shipmentsUphold REACH, sustainability, packaging and labelling complianceLead QC processes, inspections, and third-party testingSupport cash flow forecasting, payment terms, and supplier contractsBe the key link between production and warehouse teams for seamless handoverManage and mentor a Production Assistant and regional QC teamsDrive improvements in lead time, margin accuracy, and stock deliveryAbout You810 years experience in EU leather goods or footwear productionStrong knowledge of shoe and bag construction, raw materials, and supply chain operationsExperience working in medium-high volume fashion retail is a plusConfident managing suppliers in Italy, Spain, Portugal language skills are a bonusAble to travel across Europe as neededHighly organised, commercially aware, and calm under pressureAt Russell & Bromley we are an equal opportunities employer and we value diversity and inclusion in our team.
