Your Responsibilities As a key figure within site operations, you'll be responsible for: Leading and motivating your shift team to deliver production targets safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards. Running daily shift briefings, monitoring performance, and escalating downtime or quality issues as needed. Supporting the implementation of new standard operating procedures, processes and continuous improvement projects. Ensuring safe working practices are maintained, leading investigations and maintaining audit readiness. Playing an active role in staff training, development and appraisals, with a focus on coaching and engagement. Collaborating closely with warehouse, engineering and quality departments to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. You'll likely have: Experience in a Shift Manager, Production Manager, or Operational leadership role within food or FMCG manufacturing. A solid understanding of production operations with engagements in cross-funcational departments such as technical, engineering or quality functions. A natural leadership style - someone who knows how to get the best out of people and drive a positive team culture. A problem-solving mindset - able to think on your feet and find solutions that stick. Strong communication skills and the ability to influence, coach and guide others through change.
