Whilst the role has a broad commercial focus, having experience in-house in procurement, technology and data protection matters would be highly desirable.This role is to support whilst the client recruits permanently due to an internal promotion and will likely start with a 3 month contract duration with possibilities of extension depending on recruitment timelines and future team plans.Our client is a leading global business in the industrial space and provides distribution of products and services for industrial equipment. They have a well-established and robust legal function.What you will need to succeed in this role:In-house experience and international exposureCommercially focused experience as a senior in house counselMinimum of 7 years PQEAbility to collaborate, build relationships and work as a teamA Pro-active nature to drive projects and critical matters and find solutionsWill have operated in a senior counsel, head of legal/ GC role and happy to roll sleeves up and support on a range of matters at a range of complexity levels.Be approachable and willing to support various stakeholders across the businessDay rate: Highly Competitive and dependant on experience (This role is INSIDE IR35 - You MUST work via an umbrella company or on our agency payroll as a PAYE contractor)£600-£800 is the anticipated range.Availability: You MUST be available to start immediately! Notice periods will not work for our client as we are seeking an immediate start after interviewing and offering the successful candidate.
