Job DescriptionVIEW FULL JOB DESCRIPTION: Commercial Conveyancing Paralegal | Established Law Firm | London (E18) | up to 29k | Office-basedAn established law firm based in East London is seeking a confident and experienced Paralegal to join their Commercial Conveyancing team. This is a full-time, office-based role ideal for someone with at least 1 year of experience in both commercial and residential conveyancing.You will be responsible for managing a varied caseload of conveyancing transactions from instruction through to completion. The role is client-facing, requiring excellent communication skills and a proactive, professional approach when liaising with clients, agents, lenders, and other stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:Handling commercial and residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, re-mortgages, and transfers of equityProviding legal advice and support throughout the conveyancing processConducting due diligence, including property searches and title investigationsDrafting and reviewing contracts and legal documentationEnsuring compliance with all regulatory and legal obligationsGeneral administration and handling routine client queriesMaintaining accurate records and communication logsRequirements:Minimum 1 year of experience in both commercial and residential conveyancingSolid knowledge of conveyancing procedures and relevant legal principlesStrong organisational skills and attention to detailAbility to manage a busy caseload independentlyConfident communicator with excellent interpersonal skillsProficiency with conveyancing software and legal IT systemsThis is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive team within a reputable firm offering long-term career progression.
