Job DescriptionLegal Counsel 1+ PQEReal Estate & Property DevelopmentLondon NW6 | Onsite | Up to 60,000 + BenefitsAre you a qualified lawyer with a background in real estate or property development law, looking to step into a high-impact role with a dynamic and growing property developer?This is a newly created position offering the opportunity to work directly with the Head of Legal in a collaborative and fast-paced environment. Youll play a key role in supporting complex and varied legal matters across the entire property development lifecycle from acquisition through to sale and lettings.What Youll Be DoingAs Legal Counsel, youll gain hands-on experience and autonomy in a broad range of matters, including:Site acquisitions and set-upAcquisition, development, and investment financing agreementsAffordable housing/offtake agreements with registered providersCommercial lettings and sale of completed developmentsForward funding agreements (PBSA/BTR)Construction documentationManaging your own caseload and working closely with external CounselWhat Were Looking ForQualified solicitor (England & Wales or other jurisdictions if you have property experence ) with 1+ year PQEStrong experience in commercial property or real estate law, ideally with exposure to development workBackground in either private practice or in-houseStrong attention to detail and highly organisedExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to manage a busy workload and meet deadlinesWhy Join Us?This is a rare opportunity to join a thriving property developer at a pivotal stage of growth.
