Job DescriptionAn elite, global law firm with a stellar Real Estate practice has a new opportunity for a Real Estate Associate at the mid to senior level. The work will be extremely varied and relate to high value property transactions relating to investment, large scale development, sales and acquisitions. The successful applicant will have upwards of 3 years PQE in commercial real estate gained within a recognised and legal directory ranked team. They will be able to demonstrate deep involvement in commercial property transactions, sophisticated understanding of investment, development and corporate clients and experience of devising solutions on challenging technical issues. Ideally, they will have worked with their current firm for at least three years and show track record of long-term client involvement. An excellent academic background which shows intellectual rigour is important as candidates need to be well-equipped to deal with very complex work.
