Their lawyers handle complex, high-value coverage disputes as well as some subrogated recovery work.You will be afforded the opportunity to work on high-value, technical insurance coverage disputes as well as some high-value subrogated recovery claims. However, the main focus of this opportunity is coverage.What youll doAdvise mainly on complex coverage disputes with some subrogated recovery workAct on behalf of major UK and international insurersHelp mentor and develop less experienced colleaguesThe ideal candidate Senior Associate (Solicitor or Legal Executive) Background in insurance litigation, ideally from a recognised team with strong coverage experience.
