This role focuses on supporting joint ventures and complex commercial arrangements across multiple international markets.Youll provide expert legal advice on high-value transactions, manage post-deal implementation, and partner closely with senior stakeholders to drive value and ensure compliance. You will work on in life complex contractsKey Responsibilities:Advise on corporate structuring, transactions, and strategic programmesSupport governance and commercial contract managementWork cross-functionally with senior leaders across business and legal teamsLead or contribute to transformation and operational improvement initiativesRequirements:Qualified lawyer with significant post-qualification experience, ideally 5/6 years PQE Strong background in commercial contracts ideally complex B2B contacts in an infrastructure business.
