Job DescriptionRole: Residential Property Solicitor/Licensed Conveyancer/CILEx QualifiedLocation: Central LondonSalary: DOEHybrid workingMy client is a property specialist, with offices in Central London. The residential department work on a range of property transactions, including working on behalf of HNW clients on prime London real estate.The role is for a Residential Property Solicitor who is at least 1-year PQE with experience running their own caseload of sales and purchases, remortgages, transfer of equity, and lease extension files.Key Responsibilities:Manage a varied caseload of residential property filesProvide expert legal advice and representation to clients.Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing timely updates and strategic advice.Collaborate with colleagues across various practice areas to deliver comprehensive legal services.Contribute to business development initiatives, including networking and marketing efforts to enhance the firms profile in the residential property sector.Mentor and supervise junior team members, fostering their professional development.Qualifications + Experience:Qualified Solicitor with at least 1-year of post-qualification experience in residential property.Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.Proven ability to manage a diverse caseload effectively and efficiently.Demonstrated client-focused approach with a strong commitment to achieving the best outcomes for clients.Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.Benefits:Competitive salary and benefits package.Opportunities for professional development and career progression.A supportive and inclusive work environment with a focus on work-life balance.
