Job Description What you'll be doing: We are looking for talented individuals to join our team. Our North London Data Centre needs engineers who can work with a variety of technologies and software. Youll play a key role in ensuring our customers are happy by assisting them with any issues they encounter.You'll manage on-the-ground operations to keep customer platforms running smoothly and efficiently. Each day is different, making the role both dynamic and fulfilling We want to hear from you if you: You have hardware experience (whether its personal or enterprise level, if you've been building and troubleshooting computers for friends and family, we want to hear from you).You have experience or knowledge of OS installation.You have a strong understanding of customer service.You are able to work on a shift basis, as we provide support to our customers 24/7At Iomart were committed to creating a diverse and inclusive workplace.
