Youll play a critical role in helping us scale our systems and support a growing customer base.Our current tech foundation is strongwe have experienced engineers who know how to build reliable systems the right way. We're now looking for someone excited to get hands-on, build new features, and take ownership of key parts of our backend infrastructure.This isnt just another software jobyoull be helping redefine what modern infrastructure looks like for an industry that has been overlooked by tech for years.Technical challenges youll work on include:Building scalable backend features to support AI-powered workflowsCreating data pipelines and APIs to connect legacy software systems to modern insightsOptimizing database design, indexing, and query performance for speed and scaleImproving developer productivity and reliability with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and monitoringYoull work closely with an experienced staff engineer and collaborate directly with the founding team to develop our AI systems end-to-end.
