With the support of two experienced partners and a dedicated team of staff, youll be walking into a fully optimised operation with a sizeable renewal book and pipeline of prospects. Your responsibility will be to lead on the agencys ambitious scale-up plan for Commercial & HNW clients, with end-to-end accountability from setting strategy to making it happen. Combining sales leadership with commercial flair Whilst previous experience in Commercial or HNW Broking would be advantageous, we invite applications from other sectors and professions with the following transferable skills and experience: B2B consultative sales with key account management Strategic leadership with strong people skills Commercial acumen with the ability to develop sales and retention strategies Customer ethos with a dedication to customer care.
