The idea candidate will have a solid background in working for an Insurance firm previously and has a willingness to move into a compliance and consulting role. Duties: - Thoroughly review and analyse client documentation, adhering to applicable legal and regulatory frameworks. - Address technical inquiries post-submission. - Transition from supported client visits to independent visits. - Stay informed about FCA and industry developments to deliver regular updates to the firm. - Assist in FCA authorization applications for various insurance, consumer credit, and mortgage firms. - Engage directly with clients to aid with technical queries and support application processes. - Acquire knowledge in consumer credit, mortgage industry, and the application of regulatory frameworks. - Exhibit awareness of both immediate and broader implications when implementing regulations in practice. Experience/Qualifications: - Possess a Bachelor's degree in law or a related field. - Possess extensive Insurance knowledge, ideally from previous experience of working within an Insurance firm. - Demonstrated solid understanding of regulatory compliance. - Proficient in numeracy, articulation, analysis, and all Microsoft packages.
