Youll be at the helm of a global initiative that aims to redefine how data is structured, governed, and activated across underwriting, claims, pricing, and risk. Working with board-level sponsorship and a deeply engaged CDO function, you'll drive high-impact change in one of the industrys most data-rich environments.The OpportunityOwn the end-to-end programme delivery of a strategic data transformation portfolio across multiple regions.Lead cross-functional delivery teams, including data governance, engineering, architecture, and business stakeholders.Shape programme roadmaps, manage budgets >20m, and align complex stakeholder groups around common goals.Ensure the delivery of capabilities that improve data quality, accessibility, and decision intelligence across the enterprise.What Were Looking ForProven experience leading complex data programmes either from a technology and/or business perspective within regulated environments (ideally insurance)A background in enterprise-scale data transformation, ideally covering a broad range of data initiatives.
