Job Description Head of Permanent Recruitment Renewable EnergyLocation: London BridgeSalary: Competitive base + Commission + Leadership Incentives (OTE 100k+ Year 1)We are currently working with high-growth renewable energy recruitment business thats now looking to hire a Head of Permanent Recruitment. This is a genuine step-up role for a strong Senior Consultant whos ready to take ownership, shape a function and build a perm desk their way.The BusinessFounded in 2023, this firm has scaled at pace and is on track for major growth currently 13 staff with plans to reach 34 within the next 12 months. Currently they are averaging months of 250k GP, with 90% of that revenue coming from the contract business. Theyve already achieved 200k in permanent revenue this year, without anyone dedicated to the perm market.The founder is an ex-1.3m biller, so youll be supported by someone who understands high-performance, strategy and scaling.Why This Role Stands OutA warm market with 200k+ already generated in perm this year with no dedicated ownerClear potential to bill 300k+ in your first yearAutonomy to shape, build and lead the perm function your strategy, your market, your resultsProgression into a leadership role as the business scales (Head of Perm ?
