Interim HR Manager - Education Sector | Lincolnshire | 6-Month Contract | Immediate Start Panoramic Associates are delighted to be working with a school based in Lincolnshire seeking an experienced Interim HR Manager to join their team immediately on a 6-month contract . This is a full-time, on-site role (5 days per week) . As the Interim HR Manager , you will lead the HR function and manage two HR Administrators, ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of all HR operations. You will provide hands-on support and strategic advice, oversee payroll, and ensure compliance with all statutory guidance and school regulations. The school is currently implementing iTrent , so prior experience and support with this system will be highly valued.
