A group that is uncompromising when it comes to quality, service, and customer experience.Our client is a multi-brand hospitality business, and they are currently seeking an experienced, ambitious HR professional to step into a key leadership role as HR Director on a fixed-term contract.This is a fantastic opportunity for a strategic and driven individual who is ready to take their first step into a lead HR role. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will lead a team of five and play an integral role in shaping the future of the business through robust workforce planning, safeguarding, and resource management.The role:This is a senior leadership position overseeing both operational and head office functions. HR is deeply embedded in the company’s culture and is considered a true partner to all areas of the business.
