Job DescriptionUS Law Support are pleased to be recruiting for a new HR Advisor, to work in the London office of a leading global law firm on a permanent basis.The successful candidate will support the HR Manager in the provision of operational support to key client groups. Typical responsibilities will include:Assisting with the operational HR cycle for relevant groups including support for local contacts in allocated EMEA offices.Building strong relationships with key stakeholders and holding regular meetings with Partners to understand their HR needs.Conducting exit interviews (where required) and new joiner meetings.Supporting with ER cases.Managing family leave processes and flexible working requests in line with policy and business needsSupporting the HR Manager on Performance review / salary review process.Providing informal, on-the-spot coaching to line managers on people management related matters.Delegating tasks appropriately to HR administration team.Supporting on HR department projects and other initiatives.Suitable applicants will have prior HR Advisor experience gained from within a legal or professional services environment. We are seeking candidates with strong employment knowledge, excellent advisory skills, a proactive approach and demonstrable working knowledge of the full employee lifecycle. Prior use of HR systems and the ability to manage multiple priorities are crucial and a CIPD qualification is highly desirable.A competitive salary of circa 50,000 is on offer, and 3:2 hybrid working arrangements are in place.Applications are being welcomed now, for immediate review.
