A dedicated fostering charity is looking for a Recruitment Manager to lead on local foster carer recruitment and assessment strategy. Key Responsibilities : Lead the local recruitment strategy in your region and align with national initiativesManage, supervise and support a team of recruitment officers, assessing social workers and independent social workersOversee enquiry response, home visits, assessments,Make critical decisions on applicant suitability and ensure assessments meet timelines and standardsMaintain rigorous safeguarding and compliance standardsUse performance data and feedback to continuously improve recruitment practiceYoull have the following : Successful track record in carer recruitment campaigns.Minimum 2 years post-qualifying experience in family placement or statutory childcare settings.Proficient in assessing foster carers and quality assuring assessments.Experienced in staff leadership and management.Strong administrative skills, including system setup and maintenance.In-depth understanding of carer preparation, assessment processes, and recruitment campaigns.
