This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative skills and attention to detail who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment . The position will be based in our Liverpool Street offices with three days in the office and the option to work two days from home. The role is paying up to £40,000 depending on experience.Let's talk about the role. It involves:Manage end to end recruitment processes, including CV sifting, pre-screening candidates, and arranging interviewsCreate and post compelling job advertisements across multiple platformsProactively source and headhunt top talent to fill critical rolesAct as the first point of contact for our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring accurate usage and user supportCollaborate with regional stakeholders and senior leadership to understand hiring needs and provide recruitment insightBuild and maintain strong candidate pipelines to support future hiring plansWe’re not just looking for someone who fits our team; we want to be a good fit for you too! We are looking for individuals with qualities such as;3 years+ previous recruitment experience (in-house and/or agency preferred)Property background is desirableStrong understanding of business operations and how recruitment impacts performanceExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsConfident using ATS platforms and supporting hiring managers through the processSelf-motivated, organised, and able to manage multiple roles across different regionsAt Lomond, we believe in taking care of our people.
