This role oversees talent acquisition, employee relations, and compliance, while driving initiatives that align with our DEI, B Corp, and sustainability goals. You'll lead a high-performing team, leverage HR data to inform decisions, and foster a purpose-driven culture through innovative onboarding, training, and internal communications. A strong focus on inclusion, empathy, and values-driven leadership is essential. What Youll Own & Lead:People Experience & DevelopmentBe the empathetic, solutions-focused first point of contact for our incredible team members.Collaborate with the Operations Team to ensure every role is clearly defined and aligned with growth.Line manage the Talent Acquisition Manager and People & Communications Director, ensuring hiring, absence management, and right to work checks are carried out in line with current legislation and inline with the Groups prioritisation of DEI.Champion impactful 1:1s and well-being check-ins, ensuring managers feel confident, supported, and skilled in driving employee growth.Lead and continuously evolve a modern, proactive HR function that prioritises employee happiness and high performance.Use meaningful HR data and insights to shape decisions that reduce churn and boost engagement across all levels.Stay ahead of employment trends and keep the leadership team informed and equipped to adapt.Ensure the People function meets and upholds our B Corp standards and sustainability goals.Be responsible for conducting company restructures in an empathetic manner and in line with current employment legislation.Culture & ImpactLead from the front on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusionembedding equitable systems, inclusive language, and bias-free hiring across all touchpoints.Design a world-class, values-driven onboarding experience that sets new hires up for success and belonging from Day 1.Architect a dynamic training and L&D strategy that supports both career acceleration and personal growth.Serve as the go-to expert and educator around ESG, DEI, and B Corp principles across the business, bringing purpose into day-to-day engagement.Collaborate across teams to create standout internal communications, staff events, and engagement programs that celebrate our values and achievements.Bring the culture to life digitally, owning and evolving content on our Intranet and shared communications platforms.
