Job DescriptionInterim Head of People, Production Company (part time)4 days per weekSalary to 95K FTE (Pro Rata )13 month FTC | September Start | Hybrid: 3 days on siteA leading independent media group is seeking an interim, part time Head of People. Working 4 per week, this senior HR role partners with multiple creative companies (c.150 staff) and reports to the leadership team. You'll lead, manage and develop a small HR team and drive key people initiatives across leadership development, succession planning, organisational design, performance cycles, policy compliance, and culture. With full generalist employee lifecycle responsibility, alongside being trusted counsel to ELT, youll be able to flex upwards and downwards.Successful candidates will have solid senior HR generalist experience gained in production environments, be confident in working across multiple businesses and stakeholders. Youll need strong strategic and relationship-building skills, with the ability to deliver at both leadership and operational levels.If you are available for a contract starting in September, get in touch.
