Job DescriptionThe team here at Edge1 are supporting one of our enterprise clients based in London, to hire an experienced Data Recruiter/Talent Partner on an initial 6 month contract.They are looking for somebody with a strong sourcing background, who has the ability to cut through the noise and find the best talent in the Data vertical. This will be to support a high-growth hiring project that they're looking to kick-off in the coming weeks.They want somebody who is passionate about talent acquisition and ready to contribute to our client's success. You'll play a pivotal role in helping them to secure the best in market and manage the end-to-end process from advertising through to offer.ResponsibilitiesManage a high-volume (c20) hiring project for the internal Data teamCollaborate with the internal stakeholders to understand their specific recruitment needsSource, review and engage the best candidates on the marketManage the full-cycle recruitment processes, from job posting to offerStay up-to-date with the market to adapt your hiring efforts accordinglyWhat are we looking for?Essential: Proven experience in Data recruitment or Talent Acquisition, with the ability to cut through the noise and identify true talentStrong interpersonal and communication skillsInnovative mindset with a focus on understanding new tools and technologiesGreat problem-solving and decision-making abilities.Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and client needs.Experience providing data-based reportingHighly organized with strong attention to detail.Self motivated and able to manage own workloadWhat's on offer?Competitive salaryGenerous bonus opportunityPotential for longer term extension25 days holidayHybrid working
