Job DescriptionAn exciting position has arisen for a HR Generalist to join the team at an international charity in their London office. The successful postholder will play a crucial role in supporting the charitys global operations by managing various HR functions.Key responsibilities of the role:Manage the full recruitment process, ensuring smooth onboarding for new employeesAddress employee enquiries, promote engagement and resolve workplace issuesSupport performance reviews and employee development programmesFacilitate training and development programmes to enhance employee skills and career growthMaintain and update HR policies , ensuring they are compliant with local and international regulationsOversee benefits administration and support employees in understanding and utilising their benefitsManage accurate employee records and ensure accurate and confidential handling of dataCollaborate with HR counterparts in different regions to ensure consistent and effective HR practicesIdeal candidate profile:Demonstratable experience in a HR generalist role within the not-for-profit sectorStrong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws across different countriesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teamsProactive, flexible, and able to work independentlyAgency reference number: J82820Location: Central LondonDuration: 6 months initial temporary contract, subject to further extensionWorking hours: 35 hours per weekWorking pattern: Hybrid (2 days per week in the office)Daily rate: 185 - 200 per dayThis vacancy will be actively shortlisted so early applications are encouraged to avoid missing out.Venn Group is an equal opportunities employment business and employment agency and welcomes applications from all candidates.
